Thanks to ~sweatyfish for showing me how to stop the taskbar from doubling and providing a fixed start button.

Fixed some minor titlebar problems.

Too bad it doesnt work with the taskbar on the side, looks quite awful with repeated taskbars lines up, making it striped. ;/

There's a bug. When the PC is restarted and logged back in, taskbar automatically doubles its size.
